Private trackers will never dominate public trackers because there are way too many leechers who aren't willing to seed. Without seeders, private trackers wouldn't exist. Also, there is a vast difference in regards to resource management when it comes to private trackers. One example is just how they monitor the integrity of what's being uploaded.

Given the nature of torrents, anyone who uses It should know right from wrong and what Is/Isn't fraudulent and malicious activity.

I think these mirrors target people who aren't familiar. I don't think that makes it anymore moral.

This so much Is true.

Anyone new to the scene of torrenting wouldn't know any better, therefore vulnerable to being exploited.
