I don't drink milk plain, never will.

Caremel & Strawberry do me well.

I live next to a bunch of dairy farmers and they're where we get all the milk from in some nice big glass bottles, so yeah I drink a good bit of milk. No percentages, no "skim", no flavoring, just straight-up whole (sometimes even raw) milk - it's good stuff.

RE: Milk Drinkers - BxxxxxD~~ - 08-10-2016

I drink about a liter a day. If I got flavored ill drink the whole thing in one day.
Light or skim, why would you drink full fat.

I was forced to drink milk when i was kid, and i disliked it back then, so i kinda dislike it now. I don't mind milk in things such as coffee etc but milk on its own wasn't a good experience for me when i was like 8. If i didn't do that i would probably not mind milk on its own.

I'm an avid milk drinker. Primarily plain white milk but doesn't matter what kind after that. Would drink easily over a liter a day, daily growing up. Didn't break any bones either so there's something to it.

I prefer the chocolate variety.

Spoiler:
Diabetes.

Milk is the shit man.

Drink it some mornings. Organic Whole Milk is the best kind of milk by far. Oreas/Choco Chip cookies make it that much better, but at least I won't have holes in my bones when I get older

Spoiler:
calcium is quite useful

I know someone who barely drank milk and now developed shin splints because she ran track on a hard track surface + low calcium intake.

I mix it with my Gold Standard Whey, it's better than water and has added protein.

I'm not too convinced her lack of calcium/milk is the culprit here. Shin splints are fairly common among athletes. I drink A LOT of milk and I still periodically get them during heavy running workout spans. And many of the people I've worked out with have gotten them also. I almost think they're inevitable if you're an everyday runner and don't actively try to prevent them.

And for good measure,
Spoiler:
But many scientific studies have shown an assortment of detrimental health effects directly linked to milk consumption. And the most surprising link is that not only do we barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurized), but to make matters worse, it actually increases calcium loss from the bones. What an irony this is!

I've heard this before but never actually looked through these studies but it's worth noting.

You're very similar to me- predominantly plain milk, but I don't mind flavoring now and again.

I drink close to 2 liters a day, but It's the light milk @ 99% fat free (well, so they say).
