Why did you drop SSL for the chan?

It's not exactly necessary, since it's rarely used, and people only post images and texts. No login details are needed either. Prior to now, we were using a Cloudflare certificate.

Well if you don't mind ISPs seeing what you post...
I don't use the chan it myself so I couldn't care less.
But why wouldn't you just pickup one Let's encrypt cert for the chan, pomf and the main site? It's free

But why wouldn't you just pickup one Let's encrypt cert for the chan, pomf and the main site? It's free

We might add SSL back in the future, if the services are used more. If you're that worried about your ISP or roommates seeing what you're posting on the Chan, chances are we don't want you posting on the Chan. Tongue

After a pretty decent downtime both the Chan/Pomf will be back online shortly.
