after that you can setup another XMPP

Email -> XMPP -> Chan -> ImageHost
Email + XMPP are probably the easier ones to setup, and will give users something to do while Chan + Imagehost are in the making
Chan + ImageHost will probably take a little bit more time, if it were me I'd do them last.

E-Mail and XMPP for sure. If you plan on doing them all, I think the order of XMPP->Pomf->E-Mail->Chan simply because XMPP is easy to setup and manage and people would use it more than a lot of the rest, pomf because duh, email is incredibly cool, but rather difficult to setup and Chan because the source is intact although its been tried...and failed.

While I'd actually probably use Chan + Imagehost more than the others, this plan does make a lot of sense. I would rather wait a little longer than have them finished in a rush.
Unless you were planning to work on them and release them all at once, Oni?

I have too many email accounts. I would like another XMPP account. Something that doesn't look "default".
