I have made quite a few cyber friends over many years In the hacking sector.

I have to say, I've had a very good liaison with @Pirate, @Aeolian, @Bish0pQ, @Cyber Warrior, @Dozy Van and @TheEvilSocks. I have never been one who's keen on IM, but our Interaction via Private Messaging here on Sinisterly has been fantastic.

I have made quite a few internet friends that I would consider "Legit" internet friends.

In just security I have been what I personally would consider "fairly close" with both @mothered and @TheEvilSocks (oh the IRC chat days)

I consider most active members of SL my friends. Meaning like 90% of all my friends. I'm lonely.

I cannot communicate with my IRL friends In my computational capacity, hence my cyber friends. Just the other day, I spoke with a friend In person about SE'ing the Google 6 digit verification code that was generated via the recovery options (SMS transmission) on a 2FA-enabled account to the cell phone of the account holder, and he was totally at a loss. He didn't comprehend one word.

I would've though "social engineering" and/or "2FA" Is pretty mediocre, but It wasn't to be.

Friends? I guess. Prob @Axari (I referred him here) and a few others. Thing is, you really have to be careful about who you think you know online, since you cant read body language. I also try to talk to them at least once a week.
