watch it in whatever way you want. Your the one watching it your pace is the best pace.

I find that taking your time with a show makes you remember it longer. But depending on how much time between episodes you could forget little details in the plot.
Binging a show causes you to appreciate it more, but you really forget about the plot in the long run. Allows you to rewatch easily without getting bored though

Many shows also have rewatch value. Many have things you might not catch first glance.

I recommend you take your time. If you really end up liking the series and you get addicted to it if you watch it all at once you will be upset xD
