Insurgency is 2.24 right now and is one of the best FPS's on steam. I think somekind of sale is on right now, so it would be wise to hurry.

I'd recommend Brawlhalla and Speedrunners. They are pretty cheap on steam

gmod, css, and just cause 2 always go on sale for like a dollar and you can probably buy keys from G2A for even less. If you haven't played the jc2 multiplayer mod it's unreal.

Also the steam summer sale is in a couple weeks, better start prepping your wallet now

I'd recommend Garry's Mod or CS:GO if you want cheap.

I'll second that recommendation. It's actually really well done considering you don't have to pay to win. It's got gorgeous graphics and really nice in many aspects.

Have you tried looking at some discount site for steam game codes? You might find something you like in your budget there too, if you had something more specific in mind?

Oh, and have you looked at the giveaway thread? There's some steam games ready to giveaway there too!
