Don't get me wrong here, In my views, your suggestion Is a good one. But I believe only for features that are either not available at all (obviously), or for those not readily available/accessible.
We could migrate that to the extras.php

Yes, I do agree that It would be nice to have everything available In one page. And It shouldn't be too much of an arduous task to Implement It.
My post was more so based on features (currently In place) that are easily accessible.
