Well that wasn't what I pictured when I said that. It really isn't implied, but I'd have the power to freely move while time was frozen.

Yeah yeah they have to give him a weakness, but lets face it. Theoretically he is the most overpowered super hero ever.

They have to make him balanced in the comics and what not, but if you did effectively have that power you'd be unstoppable for sure
