Pretty much, yes. I work a lot, so I just come on now to see what's up and interact a bit and overall the forum seems fine. It's active for a smaller community, it is growing which is hard as fuck for a new forum. So to answer your question, the forum is going in a good path.
Actually the activity has dropped recently due to their mistakes, I've told them this but no one listens lol
The activity has dropped due to schools starting if you have a look around this is the same for most forums.
But yet you see the other threads about members leaving on their own because RF making shit mistakes too?
Some members that have left haven't made a goodbye thread either lmao

Not sure how much users here will value my opinion since I'm still the newbie here but here goes:
The staff seem to be doing an awesome job from what I've seen. I don't know this for a fact but it seems they're always working to improve RF behind the scenes. There is a little staff drama currently, I have no idea what's going on but I'm sure they're working to resolve this. The forum as a whole is awesome, plenty of forums, plenty of users and the forum security is like no other lol. I read they're using 5 servers to host a forum this small? Well if they're that dedicated at this early stage then I can only imagine that they're setting up to continue for many years to come. A small change that would make me really happy is if we got some new, all matching smilies. Currently there is a miss-match of smiles and if I try to click

then it inserts :noh: instead lol. (Notice I had to do the first smiley as an image. I don't mean to anger anybody or get on anybodies bad side but I think there is a problem with how some of the users handle themselves. It seems a few users are just out to argue/cause trouble with other users. I've seen a lot of goodbye threads recently, I think it's nice that users drop us a line to give their reasons for leaving and most have been fine. I just don't think having several goodbye threads on the "new posts" section is a good look lol. Maybe a new rule can come into play? Somebody mentioned users could use their bio for their reason for leaving. https://realityforum.net/usercp.php?action=profile they could set an away date and leave a comment in their bio instead? - Just a suggestion.
I also don't see an awful lot of new interesting threads, most are on the spammy side, I'm not saying these threads are a bad thing because it's usually an inside joke and a few users will have some fun and post a little in the threads. I just wish there was a wider range of threads been made, we can all help fix this issue by posting things that we find interesting. No hate but it's hard to get a discussion going when a thread is titled with 1 letter and the OP states "my thread is more OG than your thread" haha. Staff can also really help with this, an active looking staff team = an active forum. If staff set out to post at least 1 thread each day, even if it's just about what they had for dinner, you'll see a huge post increase. Staff threads seem to get several pages of replies whereas if I posted the same thread, it would get 1, possibly 2 pages if I'm lucky lol.
I can't even remember @Crystal's original question I've been rambling for so long lmao. I hope I've answered it and stayed on topic, sorry if I've ventured off into the unknown.

Because they are babies that are on the rag, instead of making a scene. Be mature and bring useful suggestions to the table rather than complaining and bitching over nothing.
Mistakes happen, it is human nature to make mistakes and learn from them but if the members are going to be little cunts about it, they are better off gone. Get replaced by people who have more than half a brain.

idk why everyone is saying it's going downhill... it's not like any of the staff are major dicks and went crazy banning people for no reason and stuff, ooorrrr the sites not been taking down. or anything like that. everyone keeps saying it's going down bc of pirate losing admin and about 3 people (out of almost 7,000) leaving..
it's not going downhill. they're working their asses off for a new theme and everything
the staff is doing great it's just the users for some reason thinks it's going downhill over a few people leaving
