I would take examples from what you said...such as have a suitable finance. I could then save up and afford a better home. Apartments are just generally awesome. But it depends what financial situation your in if you are loaded at a young age anything is possible. You don't have to do the upkeep etc. landlord takes care of everything. Just pick a nice one. That's what I am doing. I can get a house if I wanted but why do that and spend more money when I'm good where I am at? Leaves me more money for other things |
