I myself am a Staff Member on another Forum so I understand the activity in responding to incoming messages. Staff will always try to respond to as many messages as they can but sometimes your messages maybe skipped but not purposely. The amount of messages that flood Staff inboxes is enough to miss between 10, 50, 100 maybe more messages depending on the growth of the website.
