@Google Sweet man, my friend Dan does Muay Thai. I like the fighting style. When watching it looks awesome however would not like to fight against some who can kick higher then my fucking head.

Do you reckon? if I had to choose between Muay Thai or Capoiera, it would be Capoiera just because it's also a dance style as well as a fight style. Plus Capoiera gives you that +10 to style look when you fight haha.

More than two years. I am doing Karate since eight and I do Wrestling since a year. : )

Thanks brother. I did about 200 sit ups atm. It is not that difficult. I am doing everyday atleast 30 minutes of sports.

I do this everyday apart from Sunday,

Set 1 - Pull-ups 4 Sit-ups 10 Press-ups 8 Dorsal raises 10 and Burpees 8
Set 2 - Pull-ups 6 Sit-ups 15 Press-ups 12 Dorsal raises 15 and Burpees 10
Set 3 - Pull-ups 6 Sit-ups 15 Press-ups 12 Dorsal raises 15 and Burpees 10
Set 4 - Pull-ups 4 Sit-ups 10 Press-ups 8 Dorsal raises 10 and Burpees 8

Anyways keep up being healthy.
