When watching it looks awesome however would not like to fight against some who can kick higher then my fucking head. RE: meh yesterday at the training - Lion - 03-17-2013 Do you reckon? if I had to choose between Muay Thai or Capoiera, it would be Capoiera just because it's also a dance style as well as a fight style. I am doing everyday atleast 30 minutes of sports. RE: meh yesterday at the training - Alucard - 03-17-2013 I do this everyday apart from Sunday, Set 1 - Pull-ups 4 Sit-ups 10 Press-ups 8 Dorsal raises 10 and Burpees 8 Set 2 - Pull-ups 6 Sit-ups 15 Press-ups 12 Dorsal raises 15 and Burpees 10 Set 3 - Pull-ups 6 Sit-ups 15 Press-ups 12 Dorsal raises 15 and Burpees 10 Set 4 - Pull-ups 4 Sit-ups 10 Press-ups 8 Dorsal raises 10 and Burpees 8 Anyways keep up being healthy. |
