KKK would win in any circumstance, they're a lot bigger than anyone else and spread all around the world.
Just the fact that ISIS is being funded by countries to do w/e they want makes them look 'big' but they're nothing more than a bunch of mercs.
KKK mostly consist out of extremely rich people, something so well hidden that you never hear anything about them.

KKK would NOT win. Lets be honest, have you ever read about the KKK using ground to air missiles? Didn't think so. ISIS is funded by oil.. They make upwards of 11million a month if not more... plus the "free" ammo and weapons they happen to find from the US accidently dropping them in the wrong place...
ISIS is not as big of a joke as people think. Sad to say but they are well organized, well funded and everywhere. As smart and powerful as the US, UK and Russia are, ISIS is just as smart.
This is not me siding with them. Its me using the realization of the threat and speaking the truth. We need to do more then just bomb a few cities and safe houses.

ISIS is in multiple countries including the United States. They're worldwide, I highly doubt they've got 40,000 members. Besides, we can't tell truly how many members ISIS has, we can only make estimates. Same with the KKK, we can't make assumptions.
