First of all, I would need to have a rule. Each member has to make atleast 1 Big group project every 1 week, and also they can't go 3+ Days being unactive unless having a validant reason. And the group will be off of Art, Social-Enginerring, and mainly just fun!
How are you going to make sure that happens? Last time I tried that, everything went down hill.

This group will be based on Cracking And Social Engineering. This group would be here to people who can post daily leaks of account etc ( Cracking ) there will always be atleast one member online at a time.
Also: Crackers and social engineers of the group will need to know to crack, so that we could do giveaways/leaks from this group members, but that wouldn't be the point.
And i would like to keep it this way

I would like to own one as I could make it a very exclusive group for only the 'imaginative' and 'creative' members. They would need to show me their professionalism to be considered into my group. I would base my group around the mind and how it works. We would produce detailed stories once every week. Short or long, however they may feel.
My group would only be available for a limited amount of members as I would hate to see everyone wearing a userbar which is exclusive and take advantage of it whilst some people worked hard to earn a spot. My group would be called either;
-Creative
-Mind
-Imagine
as these are the 3 topics you must be able to cover with great detail.
I would also look for the most impeccable language and punctuation skills as you would need to be 'sophisticated' yet 'loyal' to this group.
We would treat each other as family. After all, there will only be a few of us...

I have always tossed the idea around of having a group of members devoted to teaching people (specifically forum members) online security and also sharing weekly tutorials. It would start off slow, but if we can get some truly devoted members it can be really helpful for those who don't understand what it takes to be secure. It could offer some real time help versus reading some months and year olds pages on Google. Would have to be a relatively small group so its not over loaded with BS post. But its doable and I think it could help a lot of younger members to start caring about there privacy and take things seriously.
Could also write a monthly web tip for the monthly news article or something along those lines

I think it would be successful due to the originality of it. Not only would be be providing intense and wonderful stories for the community to read. We would be changing the forum in a way. Our group could also have our own dedicated thread to ONLY posting stories they have written and produced. This will help keep the forum active with new posts coming in weekly and not only from the members of my group.
If you was denied a spot into the group then that doesn't eliminate you from posting in the thread. You will always be welcome to posting as we would love to hear your work.
The success of my group is inevitable, the points I have posted could hopefully lead our way to becoming successful. But for now...only time can tell.
Edit: Also, all of the stories posting in the thread will be put through the plagiarism test to see if it is original or not so there will be no way to fake your story.

I haven't been here for long, but I do have experience of being a leader. In other small forums I have owned groups called Sec, and Piyadam. In Sec, short for security - we worked mostly with computer security and hacking challenges/providing high quality tutorials and an active group.
Piyadam was about science, mostly a lounge group but we were discussing future plans etc.
I think I could fit this spot even if I haven't been active a long time.
The group I would probably be a hacking group.
