No, the prisoners where Africans, they also took Aboriginals prisoner when they took over Australia, we have always had crime problems, but it isn't such a big thing compared to America, or other countries.

Of all the not so nice neighborhoods I have lived in, I have never been that close to something of this nature. I live in a fairly nice neighborhood right now. I would be totally surprised to witness something like this. No, you do not see something like this everyday.
