Okay, you win. This IS the weirdest video I've ever seen. As a fan of Japanese entertainment, I thought I had seen everything, but this is odd even by my standards.
I like how when the guy was squeezing the weird bloodsucker talking thing, another guy said "Is this normal?" and the guy with the ponytail says "Don't be rude." Right, because you don't want to offend the weird bloodsucking alien that's feeding on a student.
I wanted to quit when I saw ponytail guy calmly playing with the red fleshy bag hanging out of the old man's butt, but I hung in there out of sheer curiosity.
The Japanese imagination seems to swing both ways. They come up with some of the cutest things on earth like Katamari Damacy and then totally sick stuff like tentacle porn and this video.

All I can say is what the utter fuck 0_o It amazes me how people find these things xD I have to admit I myself came across some pretty fucked up things on YouTube, mainly from Korea or Japan
