Tribler.
It has the option to use Tor based tech to download at different levels of anonymity.

I'm using Tixati on my desktop computer and Deluge on my seedbox.

The anonimity test of 50 MB also took a while to download because the network is also not mature enough to deliver high speeds. I'm sure that will change as time goes on tough.

Yes, I usually just use my own VPN and download without Tor, still a cool feature.

I don't really like to use torrent (P2P) programs as their networks contain a lot of malware but when i do use it I normally use: Deluge or Vuze

I think Transmission is the most popular for Mac, but that's just me. I also had Transmission for iOS which was cool.
