The font most likely, some fonts have caps only.

Go to Windows > Characters

Then this should pop up

Make sure the TT box is un-ticked.

It really just took a simple google search, that's the wisest thing to do when you come across any problem with Ps.

You have all caps checked. Go to window > character. The icon is TT, just click it.
