Java. It's verbose as hell but I like it. Ruby is nice because of its syntax. Python is cool, but the white-space shit is irritating.

I like HTML and CSS. Because I am a graphic designer and work with front end and looks. Other then those I think JS would be next for me.

HTML and CSS aren't programming languages - they're mark-up languages. JS is, though.

Well then yea, JS would be my choice. But HTML and CSS would still come before it.

It's still going to be in the market for a couple of years, even more with PHP 7.
