I don't see how a room with hot vapour would effect your bowel stimulation; however I can tell you to monitor what you eat, and write a diary down of how many times you go. A friend of mine had a similar problem; there's a chance you could have just split a tissue up there, or you may like you said have an underline condition, nothing major to worry about trust me; things that extreme don't occur to younger people so don't worry.
