In my opinion, age doesn't matter in some cases although when judging the majority age is a massive factor in maturity, intelligence and general knowledge. If you're young and an intelligent, mature and knowledgeable person I think age shouldn't matter although most people refuse to work with 'young' people, regardless of their knowledge or age. I guess it's just a matter of morals. but yeah. Age is just a number, but that can only be said and applied to a certain extent...
