Future is unpredictable, there have been many forums that held activity, and then didn't even last a year. The exact same could happen here and this site might not even reach one year. Users could slowly turn toxic and make the community bad, donations stop, new users stop coming in, website might get hacked, making a lot of users leave. Anything really.

It's impossible to tell how the forum will go at such an early stage, Quality Forums themselves Are a rare breed nowadays.

This is the only forum I've enjoyed to be on lately, HF was shit from the get-go. I hope this actually grows into something good rather than just another throw away project.

I'd say after my post, there is a better chance of the forum lasting a lot longer, however it depends how many new users from reality stick around.

Well, since Reality was merged with this board then it greatly increases its chances of having a future, but it mainly depends on the level of professionalism and devotion that the administration team put in. If you begin to find that everything seems a little too repetitive and members are beginning to lose interest and say their farewells, then something needs to be changed in order to keep those members enticed.
Personally, my advice would be to listen to what the community has to say when it comes to certain things; hold a community voting poll where possible, but obviously some things will need to be decided by the administration team, but not everything. I'd also recommend continuing to merge boards, this is effective and can bring across a load of members that may have been active on another forum. Those members will find that Sirius may be there new home due to the amount of members that are already posting on a regular basis. Best of luck to you all.

I do, and at the same time I don't. I feel like some very important things need done, when I get home on Sunday I'm going to make a first impressions style post, so look forward to that if you want to see what the things that need fixed are. Just a real quick thing, the site feels hard to navigate. Like, I've got to click a thousand things just to get to one single thing. I'm not sure why it feels like that but I think a theme change down the road would fix the issue greatly. Personally, I miss the theme on RF, that theme was pretty damn awesome, but oh well, things change. But yeah, look forward to that post for a more indepth review of the site, so far.
