Pretty sure if I eat healthy 6 days out of the week, then have McDonald's the 7th I'm just as likely to die as the next person. Cigarettes are nasty and a pathetic habit.

I guess it is a good thing that science isn't based on your confidence. False dichotomy.

Can you name any of the cancer-inducing agents, other than acrylamide? Sounds like you're wearing a tin foil hat.

Spoiler:
I'm not suggesting people eat McDonald's, but I don't think every once in a while will give you cancer.

Fries? Fried food? Meat that is borderline rubber. Then the soft drinks.

You didn't name any agents. A couple of the things you listed have the aforementioned agent, but you didn't name any new ones.

Just being alive increases your risk of cancer... Let's not even go there.

Yes, It's all about having the right balance.

Too much of anything Is not good for you. Even too much water (known medically as "water Intoxication") can be detrimental to one's health. I eat extremely healthy and don't have any (zero) McDonald's. My doctor did advise however, that eating takeout once a week does not have any damaging effects on your health.

On topic, when I used to eat McDonald's many years ago, I enjoyed the offers that came with It. Probably the main reason of selecting McDonald's- just for the chance of wining a prize.

Scientific evidence has shown otherwise.
