You stated that it uses Server push mode. I don't think it's used everywhere, current cam I got uses DivX player for video playback.

What surprises me, is how many stories in the news there are about "hackers" getting into IP cameras and baby monitors, when shodan is well known. Users need to educate themselves on what the dangers are of using these devices.
