Actually I agree. Although, for people struggling with meth etc should have a better system in place for recovery. Although there are plenty of meeting groups etc that are free anyway, perhaps new "during-prison-treatments" need to be installed. Putting people in prison is also about protecting the general public as well as punishment. If we let people who are dangerous get away with it, it could cause some serious issues.

A new outlook on how we treat drug addicts I would say. The science isn't wrong, the policies are.
