RE: Headphone/Earphone Paranoia - Inori - 09-21-2015 I have a nice pair of Krakens, so the dampen sound pretty well, but my cord catches on my bag a lot, so I check periodically. RE: Headphone/Earphone Paranoia - BreShiE - 09-21-2015 With me it's usually because I think someone's shouting me or something similar. I never worry about it playing through my device though, that's a new one on me haha. Good one I guess idk why you're trying to start shit. RE: Headphone/Earphone Paranoia - Coca. - 09-22-2015 Yes; I have the exact same paranoia. Whenever I'm listening to music, I'll frequently take out my earbuds to check if they are too loud every time the song switches. Whenever I turn up the volume just a notch, I'll check. RE: Headphone/Earphone Paranoia - m0dem - 09-22-2015 Its funny I came across this thread, because I have the same habit *cough* paranoia *cough*. I have a cheaper pair of headphones that leaks sound quite badly if its too loud, so I always take off the headphone set and move it farther and closer away to see if I can hear any noise leaking; I adjust my volume accordingly... I even do it when I'm alone... Is that paranoia or is that paranoia?... ![]() (09-21-2015, 12:02 PM)mothered Wrote: It actually happened to me publicly on a train, whereby I thought the headphones were plugged Into my cell phone, but they weren't fully Inserted and everyone heard what I was listening to. My biggest fear, it still sounds like its playing in your ears even if it is unplugged. RE: Headphone/Earphone Paranoia - ねこまっしぐら - 09-22-2015 The only thing that I get paranoid about is when I sneeze and I don't know if/when somebody will say "bless you" and I don't want to be rude and not say "thanks". When someone sneezes I tell them to shut their whore mouths or be quite. When someone tells me "bless you" I tell them to fuck off. Where was it established that "bless you" is acceptable to say in this current age of offensive religious statements. Like I said, I just want to say thanks to be polite to them. Since they thought kind enough to say "bless you". I tend to just say it out of reaction now but depending on my mood and what their reaction may be, I'll tell them to fuck off out of pure comedy.
