I've only ever had an issue with Amazon Logistics which has a reputation of being crap. Although, my laptop arrived first thing the next morning. Other than that I've had nothing but outstanding service.
Have you contacted customer services about it?

Yeah, they said they do it by #, then ship 2 days after.

Try amazon refunding when the product arrives, I think there's a recent guide here. Although it must be fulfilled by amazon or something.

Amazon is not all that bad. Besides the fact I've cancelled Amazon Prime a couple of times yet I'm a 2+ year member and still get charged. Must be one of those gang type things where once you're initiated, there's no backing out.

- Trackers are not always accurate.
- If it's not sold by Amazon, it's not entirely their fault.
- Amazon has decent customer service. Talk to them.
