You've already got the Legends group and the Elite and S.Elite awards (depending on which one you got), what more do you want?
I think members in the Legends group should receive at least one of the benefits listed in @lux's thread "Us Legends are under appreciated."

I personally would love to see this implemented as I am a year member + some but I never upgraded, but I think inactive accounts as stated shouldn't be involved, as there would be quite a bit of awards out then. Possibly do just a text above awards/below points that said (1 Year loser Member)

Custom coded a plugin for this. Feedback? I can change styling, etc... I have considered putting it beneath the usertitle.
