Made my 4-5 shift, VTEC kicked and i wasnt holding the wheel tight enough and it cut left, rolled, woke up face down in the middle of the highway

Why where you driving it, let alone shifting into a 5th with the clutch fucked up!!??
If I had something wrong with my brakes, clutch or any other control system so to call it, I wouldn't even consider getting into the car man.

Clutch worked fine when I did it. Im pretty battered up but im alright.
