It's not only the new iPhone itself that's interesting, it's iO8 + Mac + iPhone 6 that makes it REALLY interesting! Also, the new Apple Watch is MUCH more useful than the smart watch Samsung has released. As for the watch I didn't really research too much into it but didn't see a massive amount of difference between the two. Both can be used to make and receive phone calls and SMS messages, with a dictaphone feature to make the latter easier. Both also offer health and fitness features to aid you in meeting goals whilst exorcising. To be honest this is not the point I'm trying to make either, my point is that 'fanboys' (of anything be it Apple Android or even Call of duty) will defend their products fanatically even IF they have made little or no improvements over the last generation. Apple just happened to get mentioned because I noticed this as the conference had finished and IMO Apple's fanboys tend to generally be the most vocal from what I've seen. I didn't spend too much time researching all of the features as I have no plans to buy one I just like to check on the specs as I find technology to be interesting (which is what caused me to notice this and to find the video in question) As you know too well I'm not Apples biggest fan but this thread was not intended to bash the products they sell but to discuss the buzz around technology itself and the people who take it upon themselves mercilessly put down other companies products (which I admit I'm guilty of myself) and to worship the products and brands that they choose. RE: Will Apple fanboys buy anything with an apple logo? - Yung Lean - 09-13-2014 $900 Paying $100 for the phone $800 for the Apple Logo. Logic of Apple. My opinion. Overrated and Overpriced. You can get much better phone with even Higher Specs for $100-$300. RE: Will Apple fanboys buy anything with an apple logo? - zomgwtfbbq - 09-13-2014 Apple fanboys actually sleep in front of Apple Store doors in order to be the first to have any new products. I can't blame Apple, Apple fanboys are just sad people who will brag about their shitty devices on the social media. The whole world has to know that they were the first that got hold of their new device. They think it will raise their status or something. A funny thing is that those fanboys have really long toes, it's really easy to insult them by telling how much Apple sucks.
