The CISCO Network Lab at my school is the same way so to get around this I just use my laptop.

If so, try to look for unusual tasks in the taskmanager that the teachers are using for monetering and this remote shutdown.

CTRL + SHIFT + ESC for task manager.

If the teacher went as far as to install a RAT on all the computers, then I'm pretty sure that he/she has already blocked Task Manager and has restricted access on all computers.

I'm pretty sure he/she has also blocked CMD, Notepad, Access to the main C:\ directory along with anything else that OP could use to rid himself of his teacher's control.

@Isaac

You could open it in word or whatever, enter "start" or "command" and save it as a .bat file.
When you open it you have access to CMD.
