I can't stand any of the new pop crap that's in the top 100's charts. It's ridiculous how people think that's music! It's not! It's just simple catchy beats that a five-year-old could honestly make!
My brother hates Dubstep but I see why. I kind of like it, but only the kind that actually takes skill and artistic abilities to make.
I personally can't stand country. It has no rhythm, and it sounds like Yodeling about trucks.

I consider all music music, and if the song is sweet enough - no matter what genre it falls under - then I will most likely enjoy listening to it. But there are certain artists that are just pointless. I forgot to mention Lady Gaga in my earlier post too. Her music also does absolutely nothing for my ears or emotions.
I only like SOME dubstep, but not that useless glitchy crap. Sometimes those dubstep songs are just a showcase of the producers ability to use certain Virtual instruments inside of their music making software of choice, but the song isn't actually good?

Every rap/pop song that comes out to date. They all sing about sex, money, or getting drunk. There are some exceptions, but mostly all songs today are really bad.

Yes, I agree with this. Rap music is really bad these days. It is all about the exact same thing, and nobody is even daring to venture into lyrics about different topics than those subjects that you mentioned.
Some neo-soul rap is good, because it has the roots and uplifting socially conscious lyrics that original rap music used to be known for, before the illuminati turned everything into sex, money, bling and women.
