I have included all tools of this section now. I left out older versions of these tools, if several versions exist.
@"RA1N" @"Psycho_Coder" @"static_cast" Could you give me the missing information about your tools? Mostly programming language and requirements for the software.
@ all HC Devs: Check that the information is correct.

@Psycho_Coder I corrected the info for the Hash Identifier.

I haven't made any other tool other than these two. I have made several crawlers but never released one as an HC Official program.
