If you mean HC Points then you gain them by posting around and making threads. Of course only post relevant stuff otherwise you will have to suffer the consequences, so no spamming

Head to (for example) General Discussion > General Talk and hit 'New Thread'
once you're there type in a title for the thread, and then type whatever you want to in the box below. Once you're done scroll down and hit 'Post Thread'. Simple as that. I hope I helped
P.S don't just randomly post stuff in random sections, make sure to post in the correct sections.
