The So-Called Leaked screenshots, all of them got the same Windows 8.1 Pro label. :Nerd:
Maybe, its just a publicity stunt by Microsoft, to build a false excitement among the user-base.

Point is, most people are not really good at using a computer. They are used to Windows and it's the only OS they can use and they are not willing to change, of course. It's not so important for the OS to look awesome or something else, people will just keep using it.
It's amazing however how Windows can mess up things, i've seen lots of users that weren't even able to shut down the pc because the poweroff button was quite hidden. Not to mention the missing start button. Personally i use Windows just to test applications i need to develop (as most customers requires compatibility for windows, of course). Anyway i do not think W9 will be any better but they sure can correct all those not user-friendly funcionalities.
Careful when saying that XP was a good OS. It was for some aspects, but it also had significant security issues.

OK, we cannot speak of possible performance improvements yet, but atleast at the design.
I'd consider this by very most, as a visual upadte to WIN8.
And I did not like the WIN8 design.

Windows is dead. By the looks of it they are trying to bring the KDE like interfaces into their OS as default. Soon Windows would run on PC's with 2.1ghz+ processors and 4gb+ RAM. They will loose all market just like they made Nokia do.
