Those courses are pretty crap imo - and for just about every course you can find 100% off coupons so you really dont need any budget for Udemy.

My believe is; if you want to learn programming, you have to do programming. Pick a project and simply start coding and learn what you need along the way. You don't really do that with CodeAcademy. They show you unrealistic use cases, which you'd never use in the "real world".
