NSA is like an Anti Virus system, We Humans are the virus. They use machines which are fed with Signatures (Or identifiers as Anima described) to spot potential threats and shiz like that...

Yes, they are around us and they do try to get into admin positions. They even get funded to find out how trusted members are "created" etc. Biggrin (true story...)

How do you know?
I've been admin on HC for like 2 years now and haven't had a single guy trying to 'get' admin.

I believe that the NSA only watches those that seem like an actual threat after wards they watch that person and basically everyone around that person for ages until given an all clear. I doubt they are seriously watching all of us right now, though because we are smarter than the average skid then yea we probably are on their list of people to watch out for xD
