pot doesnt treat anything. at best its a relaxant or pain relief. and these are lots of more potent drugs out there that do just this. And the argument that tobacco is a lot worse... Who has ever been forced to choose between Tobacco and Pot? Either one is a choice. neither one is "good" or "healthy" for your body.

Medical marijuana is given out to patients that suffer from some sorts of anxiety.
I can also guess there are other medical conditions that suggest the use of it.
I agree that neither of one is "good" or "healthy" for your body.

It's a hypothetical situation, people tend to believe that weed is worse than tobacco when that is completely incorrect.

Marijuana is quite overrated as a drug. It is even as bad as cigarettes. Personally I did smoke Marijuana but I've quit. Because well it is still better not to smoke any of it!
