that quiz helps a bit but i don't think the result is good enough. in my opinion you should read wiki pages of distributions. they write their philosophy on wikis and you can choose your fittest distribution by this.

As far as I have seen , people are very satisfied with the results , me included. I have got the same results as expected.

I don't think this is meant as a definitive "you should use this" more of a few ideas on which distro's might suit you. Of course you should research a few distros and try some live CD's before committing but for someone who is unsure of what's out there this is great starting point.
