This is a very popular "virus" with USB spread. Probably is detected as hell. But it would have been pretty effective if it used some legit application names to backup itself as and was more UD.
Remember to delete EVERY remaining copy of it, and like @x_h0rr0r_x says disable autorun. Use gpedit.msc for it.

Thing is restarting computer when cmd is opened and making me unable to open MalwareBytes just made it too obvious.
If he somehow added the file to MB whitelist [if it exists] and using a smarter approach on CMD it would be a lot harder to notice.

I would recommend using Rufus-> http://rufus.akeo.ie/ and Hiren’s Boot CD -> http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd-on-usb-disk To create a usb for just this reason.It is a great program and I have used it to Reboot when a Virus invaded me.You can add any security tool to the usb with rufus.

Security Contexts, if you where running SELinux or BSD that wouldnt happen... EVER!
One of the options with SELinux is to completely disable the AUTOMOUNT of inserted Media Volumns, including USB. :Ambivalent:
