Display a Message Box saying : "Downloading the entire internet at 1 KBPS, insert a blank CD" with just the OK button.
Then, eject the CD drive.

Once i had a victim that was watching porn, and i send him a msgbox - Are you finished, sir? and it had the options Yes, No, Return to Fap.
The poor guy turned his PC (saw the panic inhis clicking) and i never saw him again...

Not my original idea, actually saw this once:
If they have a webcam, wait for them to leave the room or wait for a moment, where you can see part of the room through the webcam. Take a picture. Edit the picture in photoshop and add a ghost somewhere in their room (in the corner or somewhere where it doesn't look obviously photoshoped). Set this edited picture as their wallpaper.

I once had a victim and he was fapping... So I started dislpaying messages like "Put that back in your pants you perv" and he thought it was some random pop up so I redirected him to some "granny on grandpa porn" he started freaking out
his face was priceless!
