1. I would partially agree, if this was a personal thing
2. You did release it, and in my opinion why release something that is buggy unless it is a work in progress or you can't write it "better"?

That's just my perception though.

Let's thank him for his hard work and great contribution to the community. Criticism makes someone better, but appreciation also does the trick.

From my experience appreciation without criticism where it is due (the right kind of criticism too, keep note) encourages more releases, but of course at the same quality as the laziness factor of human nature kicks in to do just enough to be acknowledged or rewarded. I've seen lots of bad batch scripts here already, although I suppose the sections aren't too active, so anything helps. You are right. Wink

To me, I don't see the point in releasing a bad script (when you know of it), unless you are asking for help to allow it to be improved. So if not for the benefit of OP, perhaps mentions on the improvements to this script, will help others, should they choose to learn from this script. Good material is always the best for learning.
