Well if I was about doing this... I would just take a linux bootable USB with me with a distro that would be able to live-boot.

Imagine what you can do if you take root privilages you can even cast an Administrator cmd when it asks you for password.Check this way using Kali Linux to just avoid messing for setting the root user up etc etc :

  1. mount the windows partition.
  2. cd Windows/System32
  3. mv utilman.exe utilman_backup.exe
  4. cp cmd.exe utilman.exe

You are done now just reboot and when you are on login screen press what it shows in this picture :

It should work also if you type 5 shifts spam if I am not mistaken, but it passed long time till I was messing with this thing, I guess on of the two ways either the button or the 5 shifts spam should work for sure. Let me know if you try it out.
