Thanks, iv extracted them, now need to upload them useing filezilla ftp, this is going to br hard lol.

I suggest using WinSCP, made by the same people that make WinRAR.

If you want to create a forum (that's what I think you meant) there should be a some tutorials available.
To create a simple forum you will need some basic knowledge of HTML, PHP and MySQL.
You could create one that doesn't use a MySQL db like one that uses plaintext files to store data. But that sucks and isn't really scalable.
Or you could just use an already existing script already mentioned above.
