I know this is going to sound silly. Is there anyway possible to bind an exe with lets say a jpeg or a png? I see people talking about binding with pictures all over the web but never have I actually ever seen someone do it.

It is possible. In fact, with a very little modification to this very binder, any file can be binded with any other file, but on a downside, the binded files will be an executable file (since the stub is an executable file). But when you will execute the binded executable file, both the original files will run. So you will have to change the icon of the binded file (using a software like resource hacker) to make it seem less suspicious.
