I have to take that back, actually. My internet has been a little bit better as of lately. What sucks is that my laptop is slowly committing suicide (most likely a hardware problem).

Not yet. Ever since I got this thing it has been causing problems. It is possible that I got one of their lemons. As with every company, it happens. Thankfully, I still have the Alienware I was going to sell to pay for it.
