It should, if you have python. It's VERY simple program, even I, never worked with python, easily understood everything. It works on win xp, also should work on win 7.

You can do it manually though. Just open image with notepad, and in the beginning of all that text add your php script. Then save it.
If you save it as php file, then you are good to go. If you save it with some kind of img extension, you need to add to .htaccess to run that format as php script.

I am using Win7. This was once I opened it in Python IDLE. I have no idea why it wont work. Did they remove that in the update?

i make new directory in my d:/ driver with the name of iCon2PHP and this only one file iCon2PHP.py please let me what i am doing wrong
