You can connect to a VPN, Then connect to a ratted victim, then connect to a VPN on their computer, then go through a Proxy. This would look like this
Code:
VPN>RAT Slave>Slave's VPN>Proxy
I might be wrong with this, but this seems like it would be the most secure you could get. Smile

I dont really understand your need for a proxy. ideally you just want to chain as many vpn's as possible. Those VPNs ideally should be on systems you have control of (ie a hacked target).

For example lets say you have 10 rooted servers. Install VPN on them all and then simply VPN > VPN > VPN > VPN > VPN around the world, stopping before the connection is too long that it becomes useless lol Unless you are on the FBI's top 10? they arent going to track down hacked users across the world to confinscate and examine the computer to determine where the previous VPN is and do the same. The amount of resources to do that is likely BLAH!! But even if you are, having a bunch of randomly selected VPN's in your last bit of the chain will further confound anyone tracking you.

Might seem like a lot of work to do that all the time, but if youve got a pool of boxes you can write scripts that do much of the connection for you. even test the connections to ensure youve got the fastest one.

For example, have a script that when you connect to the first VPN, takes your list of VPN's, and checks a bunch of them to see which connection is fastest. Move onto second VPN and do the same, and so on. That way youve always got the fastest connection possible...

But maybe thats only if youre paranoid?

You need to give credit if it is not your work. http://www.breakthesecurity.com/2011/08/guide-to-online-anonymity-how-can-i-be.html

loook HERE:
proXPN's Log Keeping Policy

As a matter of course, we do not monitor, record, or store logs of any single user's activity on our network (not that we even could, as the connection is encrypted).

With that said, we do log the following for billing and security purposes:

Connection date & time

Bandwidth usage

Salient points regarding our logging policy:

These logs are used only to track abuse of our service by users who might wish to use their connection to engage in illegal activity such as hacking, credit card fraud, spamming, etc.

These logs are kept for a period of six (6) months.

Bro, that name next to your post says you wrote it. That means posting it without credit or source makes you a plagiarist and a thief... and one of the biggest 'crimes' you can commit on a hacking forum.

so post your fucking sources okay bro

VPNs by law have to keep logs, they do even when they say the do not.
I expected this to be a tutorial on using TOR and I was correct, also OP this wont make you untraceable, say for example you hooked up to a FBI TOR node, designed to monitor your traffic.
