There are still voice modification, pedals, etc... used in Metal. They do studio recording too.
The skill I was referring to wasn't his singing, but the dancing. Either way, Metal does the same whether you like it or not.

Well, upon further review, I kinda like this guy. He's funny! Everyone uses studio recording. Still, not my fav song, but hey, its pretty good.
